One of our head trainers is also a Nutrition Consultant and can guide you through the steps of healthy eating. Understanding and following a healthy diet is just as important as training when it comes to shaping the body.
We have trainers available 7 days a week, starting as early as 5am and as late as 9pm, making training an option for every Bride’s busy schedule. SOLID is also a full service gym meaning you can come in without a trainer to workout on your own.

This 12 week program is split into 3 week terms, to help you prepare for the big day.
